Quick Weight Loss Advice

I am looking for a weight loss program that is easy to follow and can do it at home. I need to loss 30 lbs a week.

I'd like to think you made a typo at 30lb a week but given the title I think you must be serious. I don't think anything that is healthy could make you lose that much.

All weight loss programmes work, you just need to choose one that fits with your lifestyle and that you can sustain in the long term.

Fastest 'diet' I know of is lemon detox. It its like a life or death situation do a week on that. You will lose up to 10lbs on day 1 due your body destroying your glycemic store held in water throughout your body. For a hefty bloke like me losing 4-6lb a day after that was normal. Be aware you are destroying your lean muscle tissue as well so this is not good. It was voted as one one the most dangerous diets nutritionaly but is pretty safe over a short period of time. You will regain fast after start eating real food again but for emergencies. I would see a doctor first though as it takes its toll on your body with things like caffine withdrawal and constant burning of fats.

Thank you for your input. Yes, I am looking for best program for me. I hope I found it soon.

I heard a lot of lemon detox, I will try this week. Thank you for the great info.

I don't think there is a diet in the world that will help you achieve a 30lb a week weight loss, if you look at programs like Biggest Loser they are working out all day, every day and eating fantastic. They can lose around 10lbs a week I think, but that is through hard work and time.

How much do you need to lose?

Good luck with what ever you choose, but I would definitely suggest a healthier option.

If you really want to lose your weight then you must do exercises daily and eat diet foods. You must drink water, lemon water and green tea for weight loss purpose. I suggest everyone to adopted this technique for losing weight and living healthy life.

30 lbs a week? wow! great goal. I think that aside from training. you also need fat burners link find your fine to help you with that.

More or less every program will tell you the same thing i.e
1)Eat clean( less on carbs high on protein)
2)Jog for at least 45 minutes daily
3)Do core workout
Do these and see the difference.

I agree and losing weight so fast is not healthy either. I want to start with losing belly fat. I am currently 260 pounds and I think it will take me while to lose 60 pounds as my target weight is 200 lbs.
