Rowing machine

My dad's just got a rowing machine.
Hmm i'd never used one before and unsure wether I actually liked it.

Has anyone used one religiously and recommends? What's it actually good for helping with body wise?

I haven't used one for years but they are a nice workout for your legs!

Oh they are a good all over but I was soooo bored using them lol Thing is the gym had one and I used it every visit but OH had one and I hated his, it was different.

Its a good calorie burner, toner and cardio if you can get over the boredom ...

Music is good I'd have loved to not have to have earphones in but if set up at home and a TV I would be happier to use one I used it for 15 minutes every gym session!
