Got Me Some Kettlebells

eventually I want a mini gym in the garage but for now buying a couple of things I can use either in the bedroom or conservatory... Starting with these at 5 & 7.5 weight!

I have the Lauren Brooks Body Sculpt and Conditioning volume 1 DVD. It is hard work but a great workout! I got it over 18 months ago and had a lot of use from it!

Thanks hun I will look for that. I really need to sort the garage out I realised the other day when I found out my treadmill is quite big lol!

I'm getting some kettlebells for Christmas off my mum.

I'll give that DVD a try too Bev

Ooh, I've never seen this before. Looks like it might be a good idea! I didn't realize there were different things you could do with these, aside from lifting them like regular weights.
