That's impressive Mrs, I do combo run jog fast pace walk. My chest hurts and tightens a lot I assume it's down to my smoking, ok I stopped in January but there's 20 years worth of damage there I guess.

Girl I run with is PT and she did 2 hrs 20 I think on half in May.

my best friend Vero she does hers around 1:50 less then 2 hours and we got some hills in San Francisco !lol but she us truly a runner. ( she is turning 50 this year and looks like she is 40!)

My next half in April is the rock and roll ( BTW you have them in manchester ... and that one will have some hills as we run trough the city and top of the Golden Gate bridge.

I'm in limbo with house on market there's not much I can book in advance and they push the prices up closer to the races. Enjoying casually running for now for free
