For my first half marathon on Sunday
injured with a bad ankle sprain for the past 6 weeks but at least (my ankle is 80 % better) haven't down any form on exercise since the injury but this week i am mostly pain free...i am just praying at this point that all my training since November and previous races from 5 k to 10k and twice 12 k in terrain dirts trail with elevations and hills will help my during this first half marathon at least its a flat course
My gears is ready hopefully my body too

Good luck befit, you'll be grand once you know you can do it you'll just fall into the way. Take it easy if needed won't you... Finish not time
