I am sluggish if I have my main evening meal then go out too soon after.
Mondays mid morning gym
Tuesdays are now early evening boot camp
Wednesday a group outdoor run, it's at 8pm Really wish it was around 7!
Thursdays mid morning gym
Fridays morning outdoor run alone
So times are all mixed
Both my gym sessions are 10 min cardio about 30 mins strength and 20 min cardio!
