what is your routine ? When do you work out ?

What is your routine ?

Do you work out every day ? Mornings or nights ? or just on the week end ?

Working out outside or inside?

For me i do my biggest and longest workouts outside and during the week end when i can ditch the kids to their dad for a long time ( for at least a good 1 1/2 hours so i can get a good run)

During the week its when i can after dinner if the kids behave and jump on our treadmill or cross trainer ...not easy to squeeze a workouts during the week when you have 3 kids

I work out three times a week at the gym, although lately I haven't been sticking to this and have been lazy I usually do a warm up on the rowing machine and then go round the weights machines and usually do 4 sets of 6 reps on around 4-5 machines.

I do a lot of walking most days for cardio

I am sluggish if I have my main evening meal then go out too soon after.

Mondays mid morning gym
Tuesdays are now early evening boot camp
Wednesday a group outdoor run, it's at 8pm Really wish it was around 7!
Thursdays mid morning gym
Fridays morning outdoor run alone

So times are all mixed

Both my gym sessions are 10 min cardio about 30 mins strength and 20 min cardio!

I only started my active life;-)) haha)) but i plan to go to gym 3 times a week and walk during the week as much as possible! I even chose the nearest gym to my house! I want to walk there not drive. I am an owl for 200%) so it is impossible for me to wake up at 5 am to go to gym( So i plan to go there in the evenings.

I would walk to the gym if it wasn't down a back road where they go super fast!

I have to do my workouts first thing in the morning or they won't happen. If I get to mid morning (or to work) and I haven't worked out, it's game over for that day. I just can't seem to get the energy to workout in the evenings.

I work out daily. I go to Zumba class two nights a week and on Saturday morning. I also walk with a group of friends on my off-nights. I love being active. My kids even walk with me often. I would love to get up earlier every day and get some kind of a workout in but I just can't stop hitting that snooze button.

Hi folks

My routine is jogging club twice a week with whatever else I can motivate myself to do the rest of the week needs a bit more structure methinks
