I love squats and leg press, infact I just love to train legs lol
Say if you had fat legs (like me) would this make them bigger or smaller? Xx
Legs are my fave too, in fact i need to remind myself to do arms most times lol!
Mamafy I have fat legs but defo can see them shrinking since doing the weights. I tend to lift heavy with less reps too, and have defo seen an improvement. Holly may have some better advice tho
And I'm just starting to use medicine balls to work on my core which I'm LOVING!

I loved the leg press when I was at the gym.
Can't say I have a favourite right now
I quite like leg exercises aswell strangely. Maybe because my legs are stronger than my arms haha.
I like the leg press the best.
Of all the muscle groups, I most enjoy working my legs, not least the calves.
As for a favourite machine, I enjoy using either the Stair Master or the lying squat machine, since both provide the muscle groups of my legs with a fantastic workout.
