Walking

I think Walking fits in this bit!
I am currently doing a minimum of 2 miles per day. Hoping to build up to more but I suppose any is better than none!
I use the Run Keep app which I love as it tells me calories burned!!
Anyone else walking to lose weight xx

I walk 3 1/4 miles a day just doing the school run, I also push my 22month old in his tank (buggy) while doing it! I have noticed a huge difference in my fitness since I've lost weight too, I use to really struggle by the time I got back home, I had to have to sit down for 5mins to have a rest!

I was walking for at least 40 minutes each day before I went off track. I hope to get back into it soon as it's great exercise. Nothing better than a nice brisk walk listening to your favourite music on headphones!

I've started going for a walk with my mum after I've dropped LO off at nursery. We normally walk through the park, takes us around 45 minutes and we both enjoy it x

I love walking. I walk at home (country) up and down the hills. I walk with friends in town too. I even walk at work during my breaks. Walking is a great, free exercise!
