Hi all
I am seeing a doctor on Tuesday about my feet - suspect it's Plantar Fasciitis in which case I understand high impact exercise isn't good for it. Obviously I hope she can help me out suggesting a few things, but in the meantime -
I just wondered if anyone has any advice on some exercise I could be doing this week as I had a bit of a problem this week with what I was doing.
This is what I was attempting:
So I tried Bob Harper's Beginners Strength DVD a few days - and loved it. However, have found due to doing lunging and squatting I think I have put pressure on the foot again - and it's knackered lol
Tried cycling on my bike which is on a stand thinking that wouldn't put pressure on my foot - but seems that's impossible right now too (so frustrated as would love to take advantage of feeling this motivated)
Previously I was doing the 10 minute cardio burn dvd from biggest loser - and that was kind of ok provided I didn't jump - so should I go back to that and do it every day? Or can anyone suggest something I could do without causing any more injury to my foot.
Thanks so much in advance for any suggestions
