Under the arms

Not exactly on my arms but what is the spot called near the corner of your arms and chest? I need to work that area out and I am not sure what the best type of movement would be, behind my back maybe?

Ooo I know the bit you mean the bit that gets the weird fold bits? I think push up's would do it, I always feel them there! I've lost loads from there, not sure why? But it's really obvious in pics! I've lost loads from my chest in general though.

I think it is still your chest muscles even though it is on the sides of your body and not the front. Like Pikachu said, pushups are great for working every angle of the chest -- and as an added bonus, the back of your arms, too.

That corner is the leading edge of the pectoralis major, so you would want to incorporate exercises that work your pecs. Pushups are an excellent suggestion, since they work the pecs and triceps, as well as core muscles that stabilize you.

I really was hoping you would not say that. About 12 years ago after being in a wreck I have had all sorts of issues with my back. Pushups are very hard to do because it ended up messing up my entire right shoulder and backside. I was doing about 20 at a time, starting with wall push-ups, then the girlie ones. I am not sure if I can do a "normal" one.

Well, if pushups are hard to do for you, then you could also do something else. You could try one of these workouts listed here to see if they help you.

Although I've lost plenty from that part of my arms I'm finding the fat under the top half of my arms a nightmare to shift, top of arm I can feel and even see I am doing strength but the bottom is just all flab, peeves me off and I definitely still have some folds in the place you mean!

Avidian, you don't have to do pushups if you don't want to. There are a lot of other exercises out there that will work your chest muscles. If it's too much strain on your back/shoulders to do pushups, why not try chest presses with dumbbells?

I do bench presses with dumbbells but its' a slow process, IMO very worth while though. When you get to this point you can't expect fast results but they say after a month you feel the difference after 3 maybe others. When I was away new year I had a comment that you can start to notice I work out... I was made up

These parts of my body and fat around the crease of thighs and butt really make me I need to concentrate on these areas badly.
