There are so many exercises you can do! Shoulder presses, lateral raises, front raises, or rear flyes for your shoulders and upper back; bicep curls, hammer curls, or preacher curls for your biceps; kickbacks, overhead extensions, or lying extensions for your triceps; presses or flyes for your chest (and those can be either flat bench, incline bench, or decline bench); all manner of lunges for your legs; step-ups; all manner of squats; and last but not least, all manner of weighted or non-weighted planks for your abs, obliques, and lower back.

You can lose weight with out going somewhere else. Here are a few exercises that won't require equipment: Triceps Pushups. Squats. Plank Spider. Walking Lunges.
Get it done for about 45 minutes, 3 times a week and it will help reduce your weight. Do interval training workouts. While you are losing weight, you can have a sagging as well as slackening skin. That is usually the result of weight loss.

Walking is a great way to get a workout in. You can take your weights with you and do simple bicep and tricep curls while you are walking. I like the idea of tossing in a workout video too. You can do one of those right in your living room.

you may want to think about getting one those little gym bench ( just the bench ) because you can put it flat or a incline and give you so many option to work out with small hands weights but at different angles etc...i use the one that daniel have .
Also inside health magazine they usually have great work out routine . i have one in my garage tape to the wall . will take a pic of it and post it so you can see.

Early morning walk can help you to loss weight despite your busy schedules. Many people cannot do morning walk with some reasons like the weather is too cold or too hot. I am not a morning person as well and it is very hard for me to woke up early in the morning. I feel amazed with the people who find time to walk early. If it's works for you go ahead with morning walk if not, they are ways to loss weight while at home. Try a weight loss program that can helps and guide you to achieve your ideal weight.
