I tried Exante VLCD a few years ago It offers good value compared to other meal replacements and is nutritionally complete. I initially just used the bars and shakes as a low calorie and convenient breakfast / lunch replacement. This worked great. Not sure why I stopped but I did
A year or so later I took the full plunge and bought a couple of months worth of 'meals'. Am not sure what it was, I was going through a bad time with my health, but the meal replacements made me feel really ill and I struggled to do more than a few days at a time. Eventually I gave up on it and binned the lot.
I know they offer a lot more products now and cater more for the 5:2 and 1:1 crowd. If anyone is doing the VLCD 600 cals/day total meal replacement for any length of time I wish you the best of luck.
