Welcome to the Exante Forum

We've noticed Exante becoming a lot more popular recently. It maybe a bit quiet in here to start with but thought it may become a little busier now there is one less forum.

Enjoy

Ok so I'll start then.
I am a previous minimins user and am very grateful to have found this slimming group/forum.
I do find it really helps to have that online support to get you through the tough times and to share each other's experiences.

Hope for many other exante users to be joining us soon xx

I tried Exante VLCD a few years ago It offers good value compared to other meal replacements and is nutritionally complete. I initially just used the bars and shakes as a low calorie and convenient breakfast / lunch replacement. This worked great. Not sure why I stopped but I did A year or so later I took the full plunge and bought a couple of months worth of 'meals'. Am not sure what it was, I was going through a bad time with my health, but the meal replacements made me feel really ill and I struggled to do more than a few days at a time. Eventually I gave up on it and binned the lot. I know they offer a lot more products now and cater more for the 5:2 and 1:1 crowd. If anyone is doing the VLCD 600 cals/day total meal replacement for any length of time I wish you the best of luck.

I'm on day 2 of the exante total plus plan. It's hard, but I will persevere for the sake of my wedding dress!

10 weeks...you must be getting excited now?
My wedding was planned and done in around 10 weeks and that was 10 years ago! Certainly saved on any stress for months/years on end planning xx
