Paleo Diet

Has anyone heard of this or tried it? I followed it for awhile and had a lot of success. I lost about 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I'd probably still be following the diet if I could afford it but it's too expensive to live on with the price of meat as high as it is now.

I've never heard of it ... What kind of meal plan is it?

This is a fantastic site that can explain it a thousand times better than I ever could. I want to get back onto the program. I didn't follow it exactly as I was supposed to, because grass fed meat is hard to come by and fresh vegetables and fruits can get expensive, but I tried to go with it as much as I could. I felt really good too. I felt full and I had energy.

Paleo's the same as clean eating isn't it? I know people that have had really good results with it! It's also known as the caveman diet, cos you're essentially eating as cavemen would have done! I've considered it in the past, but I'm not sure it would be for me as it would cut out another food group (and I'm lazy ooo: )

I looked at the website. I definitely could enjoy a dinner of steak, asparagus, and sweet potato fries! I think it would be too hard for me to give up carbs to the extent that they suggest.

No, I never tried. So, I have no experience. But I read an article about some diets and in that article, the paleo diet was also mentioned. You can check it out.
