With some freezer friendly food bags and a little food prep time you can make breakfast quick and easy or a quick gran for lunch and snacks!
Simply add all raw ingredients to food bags with a good seal and freeze leaving you only to add the liquid ingredients to the blender (milks and yogurts).

1 cup almond or coconut milk
1/4 cup greek yogurt

NUTTY CHOCOLATE BOOST

CARROT CAKE
1 ripe banana

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

AVOCADO BLAST
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup blueberries
1 avocado
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1tbsp honey (optional)
STRAWBERRY DREAM
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup cashew butter
COCONUT MADNESS
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 avocado
1tbsp honey
TROPICAL MANGO
1 cup mango
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 banana
1tbso honey (optional)

What smoothie potions do you add to your blender?
TIPS
- Not everyone uses protein powder in their daily food routines however if you do you could add 1 scoop of protein. Flavour depending on you. Personally I go for vanilla or chocolate depending on the other ingredients.
- Add chia seeds or flaxseeds
