It may take a while to get used it to it all again, but you've obviously done enough in those months off to 'maintain' around where you left off.
When I went off track I put everything back on and I've started again basically (when I can get back into it properly!) so you've done great to be arond the weight you want

It was hard yesterday as I wanted a cornetto but didn't want to give in as it wouldn't of stopped at one.

I'm still under the consultant to see why I can't put weight on. I go to the hospital next week for some investigations. I'm not worrying about it as I know I eat a lot so it's not like it's because I'm starving myself.

Just got to start enjoying doing exercising again. I feel as it's a chore at the mo but once I've done something I feel better.

Well done on the resistance! I don't think I'd have stopped at one either

Dinner tonight was so yummy and very filling.

Chicken cobbler. The cobbler was made with gluten free flour and gluten free vegetable suet.

Hi there.. I'm thinking I know you?

Lovely pictures as usual.. and I'm with Sarah in not being able to stop at one cornetto!

Hope you continue to be in better health.

I caved into a cornetto Thursday night. They have definitely all gone now.

Going to try out some new recipes this week to keep me motivated. I feel eating the same every week can get boring so that is when I grab food I don't need but go OTT with.

Gosh Huntress.. that was mighty quick with all those boxes of Cornettos.. nearly as bad as me..

Knowing how good your food usually looks I'm waiting eagerly to see your cooked items.. (mouth watering as of now )

They don't last very long Emm when you eat four. One after another.

I'm going to do a Cauliflower Chowder tomorrow to have for my lunches this week. And going to do a Chicken Sorrento and I need to find a fish dish. Fed up with just oven baking it.
