I haven't been doing those hours every day. I had 2 weeks off now working 2 weeks then 2 weeks off. I use to love early mornings but now I find I'm getting tired easier then before. Which gives me an excuse to sit all day knitting. Still no motivation to do any exercising.

I'm hoping for answers but I know they will say the same as in April.

Had my scan just waiting for the report to get to my Dr. I have gallstones.
Got to discuss the next move with my Dr but they want to take the gallbladder out as stones can reappear.

Not in any healthy eating zone yet as still got to be careful of what I eat.
Only a week left before i go back to work. :-(

Been a long time since I've logged on here.

Last Saturday I had my gallbladder removed and am off work for 4 weeks.

Healthy eating went out the window months ago but hoping to get back on it 1st Jan.

Evening all,

Is it really 6 months since I last logged in on here. How time flies.

So everything has settled down now so I am back on Primal and exercising. I really need to as I have eaten anything and everything lately. I have had 6 months of eating what I want when I want and surprisingly I am still 8 stone.

Looking forward to catching up with what everyone has been up to. :-)

Thank you Sarah.

I cleared cupboards yesterday and have some ice cream left in the freezer but OH will be fed that.

So first day back on it now cupboards are empty so no temptation to grab anything just because. Just need to keep myself occupied so my mind doesn't wander off to food.

I'm looking forward to getting back on it. I know it will take a while because after months of eating everything I have to start all over again.
