I know it's a lot, that's why I'm scared

ATM I can run for about a minute before I have to walk, so there's a fair way for me to go! I'm not a member of a gym, but tbh running in the rain doesn't bother me too much - it'll cool me down!
I've been looking at doing couch25k, I've started it before and then given up

but I'll do that and then there's a fair few programs to get you up to 10k! I think I've got enough time! I'm planning on doing my first "run" tomorrow, but there's a huge storm due to hit in the next few hours, so maybe not
I'm going to be keeping it quiet til around Xmas time when I know I can get somewhere with it and hopefully stick to it! I've not even told my OH yet! But I'm feeling really determined!
