Well last week I did 6 workouts. 5 fitness camp sessions Tues - Sat then mudder training. Sprints was cancelled.

I'm on a roll again this week and have done Mon - today at camp

How are you doing now huntress?

Don't ask. But I know why I have no motivation which only I can change,

After years of getting up between 4.30/6.30am I'm not getting up until 7 gone now due to OH being made redundant end of April.
When I was up early I would exercise,shower,breakfast,housework,walk then go to work.
But now I get up,breakfast,sit and talk/watch tv with OH,then shower,housework,walk/shop,sit and have lunch with OH,then work.

Need to get back to my old routine.

Have you a boot camp or fitness camp near you that you could join? That's what gets me out of bed and the girls I have buddied up with ...?

It's always shit getting back to the old routine although you know you love it but once you've worked through that first couple of days to a week you will feeling great again. You can do it

I've done fitness camp 4 mornings, 1 hill and steps session with myself and tonight is tough mudder training!

I have 2 hours work tomorrow then off for 2 weeks so going to get myself into a routine again.

Wobbles any chance you can send me a large dose of your motivation please? I've just found out that my local gym is shut for a week. Looks like I'll need to be constructive next week. hmmmm.

Haha I'm shattered. I did my mudder training and then camp Friday and Saturday.

Hows everyone getting on this week? I did yesterday camp and this morning my body said no so I listened and didn't go to camp however I still did my lane and steps running later in the morning. Tomorrow I am off for my first ladies who lift group session.
