You are doing brilliant - the gym is so tough some days, by the time you get there do your thing get home half a day has gone.
I do ALL my workouts at home, follow a program and plan and join support groups all over facebook, making friends from around the world in the same boat and we all do the same work out, and it holds me accountable I need to be held accountable or i fall off the wagon, i like to feel im not letting the groups down Keep going you've got this.

I went to the gym on Monday evening, even went to the swimming pool and had a go in the sauna - stayed for almost 3 hours!

and then it has been holiday time! hauling scuba diving air tanks and kit bags around then swimming around two or three times a day has been a massive workout in itself this week.

Having a nice relaxing weekend then I should be going along to the gym Tuesday after work just before my next weigh in - will hopefully be at target

thats awesome, wow yes hauling kit bags around and scuba equipment would do it.

i just purchased a new program so will start that monday! im just wrapping up this 21 day fix
