Sadly am going to have to back out of this challenge for a while. Got problems at work again and probably going to be made redundant in few hours and more than likely sell house etc. So until get it all sorted out the exercise challenge will have to take a back seat. Plus I might be in jail depending if they mess me about too much. At least sticking to a meal plan will be easier in there

Sorry to hear this Paul. My OH was made redundant end of April after being with the same company for 28 years. Luckily he had a good redundancy package to see us through a year. He is trying to start his own IT consultancy business up now.

Sorry to hear that Paul, my OH got made redundant on the 5th December last year, it's horrible having all the stress. Luckily he started a new job beginning of Jan, then can you guess what happened 2 weeks ago? Yep, they let him go. He had an interview last Wednesday and he's been in this job for 1 whole week now. I really feel for you, hope things start to improve for you, maybe not jail though.

Thanks. Am not in jail lol. Would of been fun driving down the road with all their servers tied to the back of my car or something I cant imagine the stress when have other people depending on you as well. Thankfully one of the side effects of being a fat computer geek is that I am pretty much undatable so its been just me since college. Hopefully be back posting in a few weeks but for now got to cram as many IT quals as possible into the several weeks it takes them to implement their evil plans. ( Am still trying to do a bit on the bike each day so might be up for a challenge next month ). Good luck to all with the fitness & diets.

Can I join in slightly late? I'm aiming for 10000 steps, my pedometer stopped working on my phone for a while, so hopefully I've not been too far off and can get back into it quite quickly! And also aiming to get to the gym 3x and run at least once a week, hopefully twice!
