I think it's more a toning this and inches WILL be lost But it does claim you can lose up to 20lbs, I've saw brilliant recent results with it though xx

Ooh, I might give it a go then. Is it recommended for beginners or will it kill me lmao.

Ellie they have 2 people to watch, one does beginners and the other advanced! I can't wait to start tomorrow!

I've found level 1 on youtube. Do I just do that for 30 days?

You do level 1 til you feel ready to move up, then level 2 and 3! Most people do each level for 10 days, bur JMs said there's no need to do that, just do them til you're ready!
