Figuring Up Calories in Recipes
Hi guys. Since I've been cutting down on fast food and grocery shopping more instead, I'm cooking almost everyday now. (At least every other day.) I've found a lot of good recipes through the AllRecipes website and I've been making changes to the original recipe to make it healthier - switching out the whole milk with 1%, switching out the butter with margarine, using cheese made with 2% milk, stuff like that - but without a "Pro" account with AllRecipes, I can't see how those changes affect the nutritional stats. I've been making do for the time being by putting the recipes into MyFitnessPal, but I wondered if there were any other sites that help you figure out the nutritional stats for homemade recipes. Anyone?
