Don t think SW was suitng me. So back to to good old calorie counting

Hopefully you feel like you're making better progress with it
It awful when something just isn't working for you, but I hope you make better progress with calorie counting

I went back to counting calories a few times, too. So, after losing weight, I gained weight and started counting calories again, it was important to me to know if I was eating enough. Now I'm back on weight loss, and I'm counting calories again. This is normal.
