Are you drinking enough water? I have lost weight before cal counting and sometimes up my cals a bit at the weekend to zig zag my cals as I have heard good things about that
Are you eating enough hun? Know that sounds a bit crazy but I am eating 1900 on week day and 2300-2600 at weekends and not doing any exercise other than 5000 steps a day.
Hopefully someone with a bit more knowledge will come along and answer you qu soon hun.
