Does anyone have a recommendation for good low carb pasta? I've seen a few different brands, but the stuff isn't cheap, so I want to make sure I get a good one for my money.

I wasn't aware such a product existed! I've simply cutdown on how much pasta we eat per week (once)! I miss my pasta salad though

I use the product Dreamfields. It can be hard to find, but it tastes just like regular pasta. It isn't cheap, and we have cut down on how much pasta we eat each week, so I end up not spending as much simply because we don't eat as much. It is sold in regular grocery stores, so it's not as expensive as products I've seen in health food stores. If you can't find it locally, check Amazon.

Where are you from winterfell? Looks like a US product, typical lol!

I love the Dreamfields pasta but you really need to watch your cooking time. They have a UK page and you can buy pasta directly from them on their UK website.

What is the low carb pasta made from? Do you lose a lot of the nutrition by having it in a low carb version compared to regular pasta?

There was some low carb/gluten free noodles on dragon's den the other week and I'm sure they said they were gona do pasta too! You can get them in holland and barratt, I think they're called barefaced noodles, or barefaced food. I think they were made with rice flour instead of normal.

Think I'll just stick with normal pasta tbh. We use to eat it A LOT and we've really cut down as well as smaller portions so ...

We used to eat loads of it too, but I can't remember the last time I had it now! I seem to have swapped pasta for cheese toasties
