I have always been told that If I lose weight my body will look so good, although I was obese, my hourglass shape was visible.
I started dreaming about how I would look If I slim down. My dreams shortly became goals, I had a picture of a 110 pounds model in my closet, my motivation kept getting up and down, but LIPOXAR was always there for me, I couldn't make it to 121 pounds without it, It made my dreams come true. Thanks to LIPOXAR I stopped eating fats and junk food, It was the key to losing weight in a healthy yet fast way.

I love lemon water but it's not the best for your teeth.

Lemons are a great source of vitamin C but lemon juice is highly acidic which can cause erosion in tooth enamel.

It is advised to rinse your mouth with plain water if you want to drink lemon water for health benefits!

I know that many people still have this problem. You need to connect with your body, love exercise, then it will be easier for you. if you do everything by force, it will be stressful for the body. You don't just have to eat 1,400 calories, you have to give your body everything it needs.

Hi,
The four things that really helped me get started were:
Target a plan
Focus only on carbs
Have a friend in charge
I started a ketogenic diet a month before my wedding with the goal of losing 10 pounds. Since a low-calorie diet can lead to weight loss of up to 2 pounds per week, losing 10 pounds in 4 weeks is not extreme.
If the ketogenic diet plan is as good as advertised, I think 10 pounds is easy. Before I started, I spent weeks researching my diet, following my keto-centric Instagram account for inspiration, and making a plan.

As far as I know, slow weight loss is good.

In order to replace the calories you lose while fasting, you might not lose weight if you consume more than you normally would over the course of five days. And if you overindulge in meals that are heavy in calories, sugar, or processed on certain days, you can even gain weight.
