What type of diet do you follow, it doesn’t matter to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you eat calories in a day. For some people with overweight, cutting about 500 calories a day is a good place to start. If you can consume 500 fewer calories every day, you should lose about a pound (450 g) in a week.
