Do any of you use an app to count calories? I use FatSecret to keep track of the calories I take in and keep it under 1600 per day. I like it because I can put in my breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as any snacks during the day.

It's an android app that's available on Google Play. I found it one day while I was looking through apps for my phone. I downloaded it out of curiosity and ended up using it to see if counting calories would help me lose weight.

I think myfitnesspal is an excellent app for a food diary that counts calories.

This sounds like a very good app, but does it exist on the App Store? I have an iPhone but I didn't find it. Maybe it has a different name? Any ideas?

The PT for my boot camp actually suggested this app to me on my meal plan.

I will have to have a look!

I’ve started a diet in january this year! It was really hard for me to adjust myself to a healthy eating and to control my eating habits, so i’ve started a food diary.

I'm trying S Health as it came with the new mobile phone but I like fitnesspal more because it takes into account the other exercises done in a day & the layout is so user friendly.

Looking forward to hearing back on your review! 😀
