I use MyFitnessPal - I think it is the best calorie counter. Additionally this app is integrated with Endomondo - so you can control calories intake and energy expenditure.

I have been using MyFitnessPal for a while now. Works like a charm. I am going to give this a shot too!

My Fitness Pal also allows you to break down your carbs, fat and protein for macro counting. you can be more specific for paid membership but it's a really good feature even free. Works well with those who want to eat lower carbs or and who train hard!

I use myfitnesspal, but if there was a better app I'd use it. What's better about Fat secret?

For me it needs to be as easy as possible so that I don't back out of it. I'm already struggling with mfp and need to kick myself into gear to start using it all the time again.
