Well I've had a few vodkas in the sun but then it's not often I don't
Friday I decided to have fajitas, mmmm I miss those but instead of salsa I chopped up some tomatoes, instead of 4 white wraps I had 2 wholemeal wraps and ate the rest with a fork but it did come with some soured cream and doritos, that is just a MUST

Food wise though I was only over 37 calories of my daily!
I was out Saturday in Rhyl and the smell of hot mini doughnut was torture

I managed to resist

. For lunch I planned a shake (I wanted to be have due to dinner plans) and was prepared with the powder but I got to a point of really hungry (and grumpy) that it wouldn't have satisfied me so I bought a BLT and a bag of crisps, really regretted it

For dinner I went ahead with my BBQ plans but had no bread rolls or potatoes... 1 pork chop, 2 reduced fat sausages and 2 chicken thighs with some coleslaw and cucumber. I definitely went over my daily calories today on food.
Today lunch was a slice of toast and a mullerlight then for dinner we had chicken, mash instead of roasties, lots of veg, small amount of stuffing and 2 yorkshires served with gravy, it was nom and I've stayed under my calories today

That was after doing about hour half worth of mowing (front and back garden) so that burnt me some calories back.
Sooooooooo for me I've been
fairly good ... no cake or my chocolate peanut butter kit kat this week.
