I had a really bad two days thurs & fri - i ate for England  and i gained. But some how over night i dropped 3lbs. I have no idea how, but im grateful, its kept me motivated for the rest of the week.

I look about 6m pregnant ATM  bloody food! Think I'm gona have to do a food shop tomorrow to try and reign it in a bit!

I had a horrific weekend and ate to the point my stomach hurt Glad I'm on the straight and narrow and long may it continue

I was naughty this weekend  very naught.
Not expecting much of a loss this week as i havent been brilliant with food.

So what naughty things did you have ladies?
I had a Chinese with Tezzy on the weekend then when we got up we realised we'd only taken a couple of mouthfuls ... wasted money! But the alcohol wasn't good

This weekend I had alcohol, Chinese, Indian, BBQ and haven't stopped eating all week although im doing well so far today!

I had chippy friday night, pizza saturday night and chinese sunday night LOL I hadn't had takeaway for a while tho, so..
