It's just a hypothetical question
Might sound a little lazy but after a hard days work sometimes (quite often) I don't want to be cooking. I rarely get to sit down with the family at tea time (maybe on a Sunday) so was thinking, can you lose weight just by eating frozen weight watchers meals (maybe subsidised by a bag salad LOL)?
Is it healthy? I'm guessing it must be if they are advertised as diet replacements?
Not actually tried any yet. May pick a few up. Has anyone else tried them? Do they taste ok?
