I wish it wasn't so expensive to lose weight

The diet industry is such a big business. I can barely afford buying groceries right now without having to pay for a membership too. I think going to meetings would help me stay on track but it's just not in the cards right now.

I completely agree! I struggle with this too. There are many other things I would love to spending the money on instead. I tried to do it without the meetings, though, and it didn't work so I am still paying for it weekly. Have you thought about the pass that allows to pay up front for a lot of meetings? I think it saves some money.

It is a big business but that does not mean you need to fall into the trap of only needing what the advertisers are trying to choke down your throat either. I don't think it all falls down to having to be physically in a meeting with someone, or even going to a gym with other people around you for support. It works for some but it does not work for all. Are you sure meetings are the way to go for you? What else have you tried?
