Are Weight Watchers frozen meals nice? Would you recommend any? I like most things but fish.

It isn't ideal but sometimes I just want something quick and easy.
As long as the components are healthy and are not preserved artificially, then, you are on the right track. It does not matter whether it is cold or not. The more important thing is what it is made up of. Always check that out first.

I think that they are pretty good, but can be a little pricey. I actually ate them before I was trying to lose weight because they tasted better than other frozen food and I could heat it up fast before work. My favorite is the breakfast sandwich.
