Gluten Free Genius Toastie?

Don't know if anybody knows or has this but I'm currently using a loaf of white bread that is called Gluten Free Genius Toastie - and it is 500g! Can't remember where I got it from and can't really find the information anywhere on how many slices are a healthy extra or how many syns it is? If anyone that knows about this bread could help it'd be much appreciated

Oh wow, so not a healthy extra? Damn that sucks... are any of the Genius Foods Gluten Free breads healthy extras? For example, I have another Genius bread, called Triple Seeded Sandwich Loaf. How about that?

Thanks for the info by the way, appreciated.

Oh wow, that's interesting. How come it has 2 of the same item? One with the 'HE' and one without? Just out of curiosity, haha

You mean the top result?
HE means it's a healthy extra, the ones without have to be counted as syns.

Basically having 2 slices of the soft white sandwich bread is classed as your hex B choice because the fibre content in 2 slices meets the recommended SW daily allowance.
1 slice doesn't have enough so can't be counted as your B choice.

Does that make sense?

Oh yeah I get that totally... I think it's just an error on the website or app that you are using because they've put the same item (1 slice) twice, instead of saying 1 slice, and then 2 slices below, lol! But anyway yeah I understand Thanks again for the info, very helpful!

Sorry, I've just realised you didn't mean the top two items, I didn't look at any others.
And I've taken it direct from the Slimming World app, so I'll check the website and email them if it's an issue.
But it's still showing as a hex B choice, and it's giving syns too so at least it's the right information.
