Slimming shakes

Hey , can anyone tell me the syns for Tesco UltraSlim shakes and if I can use a healthy option for my skimmed milk. I've got some left over I want to use, just so I don't waste them so I'm thinking of using them as a lunch option when I'm working.

There aren't any syn values on the SW site for the shakes, I assume it's a powder you make up wig milk?
Can you post a pic of the nutritional info? Including the ingredients list too?
I'll work out the syns in the morning

As a devout SW'er, I feel obliged to say that having shakes isn't the best idea for a meal replacement as there isn't any speed food involved, and you don't get the same benefits as eating a lunch, or making your own soups.
However, I also understand the not wanting to waste something and convenience food just be aware of your losses and not having them all the time maybe, just to protect your losses

Using the syns calculator, they work out at 10 syns per serving.
If you are using the 250ml of skimmed milk as your hex A allowance, you could only count 6 syns (2 syns for 250ml of skimmed milk)

Thank you, still trying to figure out what's changed and what hasn't. I'm confused, 250 ml of skimmed is 4 syns, milk = 4 + powder = 6 = overall 10. Is that right?

Basically, making up the drink using 250ml of milk and the 29g sachet adds up to 10 syns.

You get your 350ml skimmed milk allowance each day, which equates to 6 syns if you don't use it as your A choice (make sense?)
Now, if you use 250ml of that in this drink, you would count that as 4 syns off the overall 10 syn calculation, making this drink 6 syns.

Basically, if you use the milk in this as your A choice, count 6 syns overall. If not and you have cheese or other milk more than your daily allowance, count 10 syns.
Is that any clearer?
