I've been given some kalamata olives and I can't seem to find them on the syns list. I would love them in a greek salad with feta cheese! Can anyone advise syn value please, and don't make them too high!!

Thank you Sarah, shame I don't have a Sainsbury, Waitrose or Co-op here! I'm glad they're not too high, they are very much part of my diet here and I can happily snack on them instead of crisps and choc! X
