Coconut milk (lighter)

Hi.
Just wondering if anyone knew the syn value of Sainsbury's lighter coconut milk, 400ml tin. It says it is 75kcal per 100ml.

Thanks
Chris.

If you're looking to use the coconut milk in a dish such as curry, I've found that using Alpro coconut milk is a great alternative; it's 1syn per 100ml, and I think 400ml counts as your HEA (someone else could confirm this). Make the dish as you usually would, then stir through a tablespoon or two of a syn-free natural yoghurt to thicken it up.

Thank you all for your reply. I think I will use the Alpro next time. Brilliant.
