Syn value please

I've had two products from aldi in the freezer for months bought for my daughter but she's never touched them. The red one is brown lentils with tahini, the other is stir fry vegetables. I've attached the nutritional info from the back, if someone could work out the sun values for me. I'm guessing there prob quite high, in which case they will stay in the freezer haha.

The brown lentils with tahini are 1.5 syns per 100g. They are already listed on the website

If you can give me a pic of the front of the other packet, I can try to search for them without using the calculator.
To use the calculator I need the ingredients list too, which I can't quite see on the photos above x

If the package weight is 500g frozen weight, then I would say the 1.5 syns is for 100g frozen also.
But I always think that's a better way wo calculate syns... better safe overestimating rather than under

Oh, the Thai Style Veg is 0.5 syns per 100g

Thankyou soooo much for your help Sarah, looks like I'll be able to eat these then and free up some space in the freezer. I've done my first full week on my own at home, I've made a spread sheet on my iPad of what I'm eating and I've lost 6lbs, still can't get my head round being able to eat food tho lol.

That's fantastic!
I know, it's surprising that you can eat all that food and still lose weight!
