Gravy granules

Hi everyone!

I currently have a beef casserole bubbling away in my slow cooker for tea tonight. It's a slimming world recipe but my partner added 4 heaped tsp of beef gravy granules to it to thicken up the sauce. Can anyone help me with the syn value on that please? It will probably make 4 decent portions.

Thanks in advance

Danielle

Gravy granules are 1 Syn per level tsp.
So for 4 heaped tsp, I would estimate maybe 6 Syns? Depending how heaped they are

For future reference, gravy powder is half the Syns (0.5 Syns per tsp)
