It's only Muller Lights that are free, and there are some exceptions.
Any with a fruit underlayer have a syn value, and some of the cheesecake inspired are synned.
Is there a particular one you are looking for?

There's a handy list of syn values here: http://www.slimmingworldsurvival.com...-muller-lights

I use it fairly often, and it was updated January 2016 so is fairly current.

I've seen a number of people having them on Instagram and haven't seen any syn values attached, but I'd check the app if you have it just to be sure (and please report back!)

I don't have the app as I have not joined a group and Im using my old books and following it on my own. Not got time to attend a group really or the funds :-(.

I'm going to have a little hunt on the internet and see what I can come up with.

They are absolutely free

One note, be wary of googling for syn values, whilst there are some correct ones out there, there are also a lot of out dated syn values floating around on the internet
