Slimming world healthy extra b

Before I recently joined slimming world Id bought a packet of Special K nourish flakes clusters and seeds. I'm now wondering if this is ok on slimming world. It's a new cereal but it's listed on the website as 4.5 syns for 25g but could this be used as a b choice

If it doesn't show the HE symbol next to it in the website then it can't be used as a hex b choice. This is because of the fibre content - there isn't enough to in most of the special K cereals to be able to use them as a B choice.
The only Nourish that can be used is the berries.

Oh right. As you'd said you had the clusters and seeds on I thought it wasn't the berries one
