how strange. i just looked them up online to see if they are a hex b they are not but found this. does explain the query to the syn value

Fibre One 90 Calorie Lemon Drizzle Square (24g bar) 4
Fibre One 90 Calorie Salted Caramel Cake Squares (24g bar) 4
Fibre One 90 Calorie Chocolate Fudge Brownies 5 pack (24g bar) 4
I just joined SW and in my book they are a HEb

They aren't a hex b choice according to the website, and this is the most up to date record of syns and healthy extra choices. If they were, they would have the red 'HE' symbol next to them.

I've seen them in Sainsburys and I was told the other day they're also in Tesco.

I think that means these... https://www.amazon.com/Fiber-One-Cal.../dp/B0032GQL98
Which are different to the ones at the start of this thread...

I'll check this with SW - if your book does mean the salted caramel, lemon drizzle and chocolate brownie ones, they need to update the website.

if you notice the word fibre is spelled differently and the ones that were shown earlier from amazon are the ones that are spelled fiber which is on your grab and go sheet

Very confusing i wonder how many people have made this mistake

Lots of people query the syn value of these--I'm forever seeing the argument between 4 and 4.5. Personally I syn them at 4 because that what SW say, and I imagine that the amount of fibre they contain cancels out that last half a syn.
