Coop Low Fat Ready Meals

Hi,

I am new and just signed up to slimming world last night. I havent had chance to go and do the big prep shop yet so this morning ran into coop on my way to work.

I grabbed two of their 'Low Fat' ready meals and was wondering (hoping) I havent failed already. Can someone please help me syn them?

I got Jamaican Chicken Curry & Rice and a Fish Pie.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks
Bev

Hi Bev welcome

I can't find a Jamaican Chicken Curry, but I've found this :
Co-op Good Life Jamaican Jerk Chicken with Rice, chilled (400g pack) which is 9 syns

As for the fish pie - Co-op Loved by Us Fish Pie, chilled (400g pack) which is 13.5 syns

Microwaveable meals can be the worst for using all your syns in one day, or at least most of them!
Don't let these syns values send you off track, it's a learning curve, and even after 5 years, I' still learning!!
For the future, I would suggest that if you are going to buy any frozen meals, avoid any with a creamy or cheesy sauce, the bolognese type ones are normally lower synned.

You could also go to Iceland and get the Slimming World ones as they are free
