Hi! I'd love a lasagne soon but I follow red n green days. I would do it on a green day for loads of pasta - couple of questions.
1. How much beef mince would I be allowed as a hexb?
2. Could I double that amount by using 2 x hexb at once?
3. If I used the mince as 1 x hexb, how many syns would the rest be per grams or tbsps please?
