xylitol

Does anyone know the syn value of xylitol sweetener, I don't like the taste of other sweeteners but don't mind that one, but it is not calorie free.

3 syns per 25g, or 1/2 syns per level teaspoon x

thanks for that sarah, I did ask the consultant in class, she did not know and said as it was 40% of the calories of sugar to count it as half the syn value of sugar.
