they're all faintly cardboard but the seeded ones are probably the nicest. I don't know if anyone has seen "syns allowed" on facebook, that has loads of information about syns and healthy extras, whoever runs it adds new things nearly every day. Very useful!

The woman who runs that page is not actually a member of SW and SW won't advertise that she's there, but they allow her to post the information.
I'm not saying she's wrong at all, because from what I've seen from other people she has been right about things, but I personally don't follow her (then again, I hardly use Facebook and it's quicker for me to check the app rather than a facebook page )

I don't really eat many of the things she posts to be honest, but I thought it might be useful to people if they doesn't have access to syns online if they're not currently a member of slimming world.
