I'm so pleased. Yesterday I stepped onto the scales and so far I've lost 2lbs! I know it's not a massive amount but it means that the hard work is starting to pay off!
I've found a pasta dish in a previous issue of Fit & Well magazine that I'd like to try for dinner this evening. The photo of ingredients are attached.
Thought I'd get some advice on whether this is a good meal to have.
